The Health Protection Institute Bitola, as part of the health system in the Republic of Macedonia, in the field of preventive medicine, aims to protect and promote the health of people by taking measures and activities for preventing and eradicating the diseases in the population.
These measures and activities include monitoring, researching and studying the health status of the population, the reasons for the emergence and spread of infectious and other diseases that have social and medical significance, as well as the influence of negative factors on health, proposing and undertaking measures for protection and promoting the health of people.
