The church dedicated to St. Nikola (St. Nicholas) is a large three-nave church located in the southern part of village Bukovo. In the yard of this church are located the village cemeteries.
In Bukovo village and its surroundings in the nineteenth and early twentieth century, a large number of Christian temples were built and restored and probably this is the time of origin of the church.
