Dragosh village is located 20 km from Bitola and to it leads an asphalt road.
It is the southernmost settlement on the eastern side of Baba Mountain, located in the immediate vicinity of the border with the Republic of Greece.
According to the 2002 census, the village of Dragos numbered 33 inhabitants.
The holiday of the village is St. Elijah (August 2), when many people gather in the nearby monastery.
In this and other villages in this region, several churches and monasteries were built in different periods of time.
