The Dragor River flows through the village, and its banks are a favorite place in summer for local residents and visitors from Bitola to cool off and escape the city heat. The area known as Kapejnci is particularly interesting, featuring a small waterfall with a deep pool and a popular picnic spot, often visited by many swimmers during the summer.

The natural surroundings, clean Pelister air and proximity to Bitola and Pelister National Park make Dihovo an excellent base for a stay of several days and for exploring the region.

Nature, Tradition and Adventure
Dihovo is an ideal destination for visitors who want to combine rural relaxation with outdoor activities. Several local routes begin in and pass through the village toward the slopes of Baba Mountain, suitable for walking, hiking and cycling.

Nearby is Pelister National Park, one of the most valuable natural areas in Macedonia. Visitors can continue into the mountain landscapes of Pelister and enjoy dense beech and pine forests, mountain scenery, clean air and numerous trails of varying length and difficulty.
For hiking enthusiasts, the region offers opportunities for short recreational walks, longer hiking tours and ascents to the higher parts of Baba Mountain. One of the most famous natural attractions of Pelister is the Pelister Eyes – Big Lake and Small Lake, reached by hiking trails through the characteristic mountain landscape.

Dihovo – Starting Point for Hiking and Cycling
The proximity of the mountain and the varied terrain make Dihovo an interesting starting point for hiking and cycling. The roads and forest and mountain routes in the surrounding area offer opportunities for recreational cycling and exploring the rural landscape around Bitola and Pelister.

Particularly attractive are the routes connecting Dihovo, the surrounding Pelister villages and the mountain areas, allowing cyclists to experience the nature and traditional rural atmosphere of the region.
For visitors seeking an active holiday, Dihovo can be the perfect base: cycling or hiking in the morning, relaxing by the Dragor in the afternoon, and enjoying local food and hospitality in the evening.
History and Spiritual Heritage
In addition to its natural beauty, Dihovo is also rich in valuable cultural and spiritual heritage. The village is home to the Church of St. Dimitrij, dating from 1830, and the Holy Sunday Church, which bear witness to the long history and traditions of this Pelister village.

A walk through the village is an opportunity to experience the authentic spirit of the rural Bitola area, far from the dynamics of the city.
Apitourism – BN Apiary – The Taste of Pelister Nature
When visiting Dihovo, do not miss the BN Apiary, where nature and tradition are transformed into an authentic gastronomic experience.

The apiary offers ecologically clean and healthy food, which visitors can taste in a traditional setting. In addition to honey and bee-product production, particularly interesting are the presentations by beekeepers Blagoj and Naco Jovcevski, through which visitors can learn more about traditional beekeeping and life connected with bees.
