Church St. Nicholas in the village of Rotino was built in the mid-19th century, but during the First World War, it was badly damaged and later renewed. The temple is a small three-nave structure with a semicircular central arch.
The iconostasis was built in the period after the First World War, and from the old inventory of the church, only one icon was preserved.
In the yard of the church in front of the entrance, there is a bell tower from more recent time.
